Maybern submitted a planning application to Fylde Borough Council on behalf of Westchurch Homes for a residential scheme that will ultimately be transferred to Community Gateway Association (CGA) for long-term management.

The development delivers 100% affordable housing, with 20% of the homes designed to be adaptable for wheelchair users.

The approved scheme also achieves an uplift of 17 dwellings compared to the previously underdetermined outline application, maximising the site’s potential while meeting important community needs
