On behalf of Westchurch Homes, Maybern managed the preparation and submission of a full planning application for the erection of 50 no. affordable dwellings alongside related access, parking, open space and landscaping works at Avondale Drive in Leyland.
The project has enabled the redevelopment of a vacant primary school site provide 50 affordable homes of varying sizes for the Leyland area and South Ribble Council.

This development has been built out and final handovers to families have taken place.
